Hi everyone :)  We’re a few weeks into the revamped style and I think Knight and Shadow is going well. The text and photos look great together and I’m glad to see the story approaching the end of its first arc.

Between writing the next couple scenes and taking photos, I’ve been working on the story from the beginning, translating the comic into text. Unfortunately, I’ve encountered a problem.

Throughout the story, Thayer has had a TON of soliloquies. He’ll be thinking about one thing while working/talking about something else. It was great and I loved the contrast.

Translating that into text, though, has been a nightmare. I’ve been working on the story for several weeks now and I haven’t gotten any further. I’m certain that, at some point, I’ll figure out how to do it. Right now, I’m going to set the revamped story aside for a bit.

I’m still planning on finishing the current arc, as well as the Apocalypse Letters. From there, I’ll begin working on my next project, Van Helsing.

My writer brain will continue to play with K&S, though, trying to unravel this knot. It did it once before. It’ll do it again.
